Shen Yao Holdings (SGX:A78) appointed Linda Chew Ying Ying as the company's chief financial officer, effective April 23, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Linda will be responsible for the gold mining and exploration company's finance and accounting functions in her new role, the filing added.
