Tech Gains Limited Amid Microsoft AI Fears - Tech Roundup

Dow Jones2025-12-04

Shares of technology companies rose, but not by as much as the broad market, amid fears about Microsoft's artificial-intelligence profits.

Shares of the software giant and OpenAI affiliate fell after a report from tech-focused site The Information that the Seattle giant was easing sales quotas for enterprise AI products such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Amazon.com is facing a new labor challenge, this time from small-business owners who run the company's package-delivery network, who are seeking higher pay.

Marvell Technologies rose sharply afer the chip maker posted strong earnings growth, and said it would be acquiring AI start-up Celestial AI in a cash-and-stock deal valued at approximately $3.25 billion.
