1024 ET - JPMorgan CFO Jeremy Barnum declines to comment on specific conversations between the Trump administration and banks regarding a proposed 10% cap on credit-cared interest rates. "This has happened so quickly…that I just think it's better to not answer those questions," he says on a call with analysts.
