智通财经APP获悉，知情人士透露，特朗普政府正在向九家量子计算公司授予总计20亿美元的拨款，这些交易中包括美国政府将持有这些公司的股权。
美国商务部已同意将这笔资金中的10亿美元拨给IBM(IBM.US)，而格芯(GFS.US)将获得3.75亿美元。
其余的公司包括D-Wave Quantum(QBTS.US)、Rigetti Computing(RGTI.US)和Infleqtion预计将各获得1亿美元，而初创公司Diraq可能会获得3800万美元。
这些投资将延续特朗普政府的一种做法，即在那些被认为对国内供应链至关重要的公司中持有股权，并以此来稳固某些领域的战略主导地位。
此前，美国政府已经持有了一些公司的重大股份，例如英特尔以及稀土开采公司 MP Materials。
量子计算机利用量子力学的规律来处理信息，在处理复杂的数学问题时，其速度比传统超级计算机呈指数级增长。
但是，现有的量子计算机将大量的计算能力都分配给了错误修正，因此从净效益来看，它们并没有比经典计算机更快。
参与该交易的公司股价在盘前交易中上涨了7%至21%不等。
