消息面上，据《华尔街日报》援引官方消息，美国商务部将向 9 家量子计算企业合计划拨 20 亿美元专项资金，政府将同步获取对应公司少量股权。其中，行业龙头 IBM 独享 10 亿美元拨款，将用于建设美国首座专用量子晶圆代工厂。
此次资金来源于《芯片与科学法案》专项预算，是美国继入股英特尔后，又一次以 “资金换股权” 模式布局关键 tech 领域。业内认为，此举旨在巩固美国在量子计算与 AI 融合领域的领先优势，相关企业技术转化与商业化进程有望显著提速。
