美国政府20亿美元注入，量子计算公司集体暴涨！

据海外媒体报道，美国政府计划向九家企业发放总计20亿美元的补贴，并将直接持有相关企业股权。
此前市场多次传出类似消息，本次似乎走向了落地。
其中IBM已经与美国商务部签订协议，建造一家美国量子芯片工厂，美国商务部将向IBM旗下Anderon注入10亿美元，IBM也会投入10亿美元及人员、知识产权等资产。该工厂将是美国首座专注量子芯片制造的工厂，不仅服务IBM自身，也将向外部客户开放量子芯片制造能力，公司已开始寻找潜在客户。
资料显示，除了IBM获得10亿美元，GlobalFoundries将获得3.75亿美元资金，用于建设一家美国本土工厂，生产量子计算所需组件。D-Wave Quantum、Rigetti Computing以及Infleqtion等公司将分别获得约1亿美元资金支持。
受到该消息影响，美国量子概念股暴涨。其中IBM大涨12.43%，其他量子概念股更夸张：
Rigetti Computing暴涨30.57%，D-Wave Quantum暴涨33.54%，Quantum Computing暴涨19.35%，IonQ大涨12.24%。
此前美国政府在2025年8月份直接投资英特尔公司89亿美元，推动该公司股价在不到1年的时间里暴涨了480%，创下了历史新高。
