Manulife Financial (HKG:0945, PSE:MFC) priced an offering in Singapore of SG$500 million subordinated notes due June 4, 2036, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The notes will bear interest at a fixed rate of 2.88% until June 4, 2031, and 0.931% plus the then-prevailing five-year SORA OIS rate thereafter until maturity.
The debt offering is expected to close on June 4.
