Shanghai New Power Automotive Technology (SHA:600841) will invest 100 million yuan of its funds to participate as a limited partner in the Shanghai Shangqi Shangcheng No. 2 Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership, according to a Tuesday bourse filing in Shanghai.
The amount represents 2.95% of the entire fund size of 3.39 billion yuan, which is focused on semiconductors and artificial intelligence.
