Sinda (SIND) has closed its initial public offering of 17.8 million shares at $12.00 per share, generating gross proceeds of approximately $213 million, the company said Tuesday.
Sinda's shares began trading on June 26 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "SIND," the company said.
