Klaviyo (KVYO) said Tuesday that it is launching Composer, its AI marketing agent, into public beta while upgrading its Customer Agent, expanding its push into autonomous B2C CRM.
The company said both tools run on shared real-time customer data across marketing and service functions. Composer identifies revenue opportunities, builds campaigns, and executes them across channels, while Customer Agent handles service interactions and feeds insights back into customer profiles, it said.
Klaviyo said the system is designed to break down silos between marketing and support, allowing each interaction to improve future personalization and targeting.
Composer is now in public beta, while Customer Agent is available as a full platform with further features rolling out through 2026, it said.
