IPark Hyundai Development (KRX:294870) secured a construction order to build six apartment buildings at 1466-32, Oncheon-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan, according to a Tuesday filing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The contract with Oncheon 5 District Housing Redevelopment Association is valued at 377.7 billion won. The contract period runs until the end of the month, marking 38 months from the actual start of construction, the filing said.
Shares of IPark Hyundai Development fell 7% at market close.
