CSE Global's US Unit to Acquire SEI Wireless Solutions in $8 Million Deal

CSE Global's (SGX:544) US-based subsidiary, CSE Crosscom USA, signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire all issued and outstanding equity interests in SEI Wireless Solutions from Steve W.Regli for around $8 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The systems integrator completed the acquisition on the same day, making SEI an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary.
The purchase will be funded via bank borrowings and is part of the company's plans to expand its communications business.
