Metech International (SGX:V3M) received a payment of SG$880,000 from RCL for its partial subscription to 22 million placement shares at SG$0.04 each, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The investment holding company signed a second supplement subscription agreement with RCL, under which the latter has agreed to subscribe to the remaining 28 million placement shares.
