Acrophyte Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL) completed the divestment of Hyatt Memphis Primacy Parkway for $6.9 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earlier, the trust had signed an amendment agreement with Shivam Patel to divest the 126-room hotel located in Memphis, Tennessee, US.
Shares of the trust were up nearly 7% in Thursday trading.
