F J Benjamin Uses Entire SG$272,000 Raised from Share Placement

Brand management company F J Benjamin Holdings (SGX:F10) has utilized the entire SG$272,000 raised from the placement of 42 million new ordinary shares in the capital of the company, according to a Thursday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.
On completion of the placement, the company has received the entire gross proceeds of SG$302,400 and net proceeds of SG$272,400.
Of the total, SG$137,000 was paid as rental, SG$45,000 was paid to trade creditors, and a payment of SG$90,000 was made as other operating expenses.
