Foundation Healthcare's Stabilizing Manager Buys Shares in Open Market

UBS, Singapore Branch, acting as the stabilizing manager for Foundation Healthcare's (SGX:FHH) initial public offering, purchased 44,500 shares in the open market on July 21, according to a Tuesday Singapore Exchange filing.

The shares were acquired at prices of up to SG$0.72 each as part of stabilizing actions related to the IPO.
