Koyo International (SGX:5OC) said the parties to three interested-person loans agreed to extend the repayment dates by one year, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The mechanical and electrical engineering services provider's subsidiary, Koyo Engineering (SE Asia), agreed to extend the repayment date of a SG$500,000 loan from executive director Foo Suay Lun to Jan. 11, 2027.

The repayment date of a SG$3.5 million working capital loan from KF Capital was extended to July 13, 2027, while that of a SG$3 million loan from Foo Suay Lun was extended to Sept. 11, 2027.

The company said the extensions will allow it to optimize the use of its cash to pursue projects.
