Trump: Endorses Ashley Hinson for Senate

President Trump announced on September 1 on social media platform X that he is endorsing Congresswoman Ashley Hinson for the United States Senate in Iowa. Trump noted that he has won the state three times—in 2016, 2020, and 2024—and called Hinson a “WINNER.”

Trump listed Hinson’s priorities, including creating jobs, cutting taxes, promoting Made in America products, supporting farmers and agriculture, championing innovation, continuing to secure the southern border, stopping migrant crime, strengthening the military and veterans, and defending the Second Amendment. He wrote: “Ashley Hinson will be an outstanding Senator, and has my Complete and Total Endorsement – SHE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!”

Hinson currently serves as a U.S. Representative for Iowa. Trump described her as “a Loving Wife and Proud Mother of two sons” and said she “has ALWAYS delivered for Iowa.”
