Trump's Truth Social latest posts09-02

President Donald Trump took to social media platform X on September 1 to formally endorse Mike Beltran, a candidate for Florida's 14th Congressional District, calling him an "America First Patriot." Trump also launched a sharp attack on Beltran's opponent, incumbent Representative Kathy Castor.

In the post, Trump praised Beltran, a Harvard Law School graduate and successful lawyer and businessman, stating that he "knows the Wisdom and Courage required to uphold our Constitution, and promote LAW AND ORDER." Trump criticized Castor for voting against "NO TAX ON TIPS, NO TAX ON OVERTIME, and NO TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY" and warned that "if she and the Dumocrats ever got in, all of these things would be terminated." He described Castor as "Reckless, Radical, and Dangerous" and accused her of supporting "massive Tax Increases, Open Borders, Men playing in Women’s Sports, and Transgender for Everybody."

Trump outlined Beltran's platform, including fighting to "Grow our Economy, Cut Taxes and Regulations, Promote MADE IN THE U.S.A., Champion American Energy DOMINANCE, Keep our Border SECURE, Strongly Support our incredible Law Enforcement, Military, and Veterans, and Protect our always under siege Second Amendment." The president concluded: "Mike Beltran has my Complete and Total Endorsement to be the next Representative from Florida’s 14th Congressional District — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!"
