UiPath Reports Strong Q2 Results, Raises Revenue Outlook Above Estimtes

UiPath Inc. (NYSE:PATH) posted its fiscal 2027 second-quarter results after Thursday’s closing bell, beating estimates on the top and bottom lines and raising its revenue guidance above estimates.

UiPath Q2 Details       

UiPath reported quarterly earnings of 15 cents per share, in line with the consensus estimate, per Benzinga Pro data. 

Quarterly revenue came in at $410.26 million, which beat the Street estimate of $397.95 million.

UiPath reported the following second-quarter financial highlights:

  • Non-GAAP adjusted free cash flow was $31 million.

  • Revenue of $410 million increased 13% year-over-year.

  • ARR of $1.94 billion as of July 31, 2026, increased 12% year-over-year.

  • Net new ARR of $37 million.

  • Dollar-based net retention rate of 109%.

  • Non-GAAP gross margin was 82%.

  • Non-GAAP operating income was $89 million.

“I am pleased with our second quarter results, demonstrating disciplined execution and the growing momentum across our platform,” said Daniel Dines, UiPath founder and CEO.

“AI is expanding what enterprises can automate, while increasing the need for the orchestration, governance and exactness that deterministic automation provides,” Dines added.

Looking Ahead

UiPath raised its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to between $1.789 billion and $1.794 billion, versus the $1.778 billion analyst estimate.
