Five Below Q2 Details
Five Below reported quarterly earnings of $1.68 per share, which beat the analyst estimate of $1.38 by 21.74%, per Benzinga Pro data.
Quarterly revenue came in at $1.26 billion, which beat Street estimate of $1.22 billion and was up from $1.03 billion in the same period last year.
Five Below shared the following quarterly highlights:
- Net sales increased by 22.9% to $1.26 billion from $1.03 billion in the second quarter of fiscal 2025; comparable sales increased by 14.1%.
- The company opened 52 net new stores and ended the quarter with 2,022 stores in 46 states. This represents an increase in stores of 8.8% from the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2025.
- Adjusted operating income was $113.2 million compared to $55.1 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2025.

Looking Ahead
Five Below raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to between $9.83 and $10.31, versus the $9.23 analyst estimate, and raised its revenue outlook to between $5.63 billion and $5.71 billion, versus the $5.54 billion estimate.
