President Donald Trump on September 1 posted on X, formally endorsing Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird for reelection. Trump called Bird a "true MAGA Warrior" who has been with him from the beginning, possessing the wisdom and courage to ensure law and order, support law enforcement heroes, and back the military and veterans.

In his statement, Trump emphasized Bird's focus on growing the economy, promoting farmers and ranchers, advancing election integrity, stopping migrant crime, keeping men out of women's sports, and protecting the Second Amendment. He wrote: "Brenna Bird has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election – SHE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!"
