Trump: When will Iranian people rise up?

President Donald Trump posted on X on September 2, rejecting a report by ABC News that he was trying to force Iran to the bargaining table, and further expressed his tough stance on the situation in Iran.

"I'm not trying to force Iran to the bargaining table, as ABC Fake News reported. I couldn't care less if they sign a worthless, to them, agreement," Trump wrote. He added that the U.S. now has "almost total control of the Hormuz Strait" while Iran's economy is "totally collapsing," describing the situation as "our position now much better."

Trump concluded his post by asking: "When are the Iranian people going to rise up and fight?" The remark has raised concerns about potential U.S. interference in Iran's internal affairs.
