Malayan Banking Files for Singapore Listing of $700 Million Bonds

Malayan Bank (KLSE:MAYBANK) filed for the listing of $700 million bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The bank filed for the listing of $300 million floating-rate bonds due 2029 and $400 million in 5.088% bonds due 2031.
The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Sept. 16, the filing said.
