EuroSports Global (SGX:5G1) signed a non-binding term sheet with Helios Power Systems to explore a strategic joint venture for the international distribution of Helios' heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
The proposed JV structure, including the parties' management, operational and financial contributions, remains under discussion and has not been finalized, according to a Monday filing.
The transaction is subject to due diligence, regulatory requirements, definitive agreements and other approvals.
