Asset World Units to Sell Assets from Five Projects for At Least THB48.5 Billion

Asset World (SET:AWC) units may dispose of assets from five projects to AWC Lifestyle Properties Real Estate Investment Trust for a minimum aggregate price of 48.5 billion baht, excluding taxes and transaction-related expenses, according to a Friday Thai bourse filing.
Shares of the real estate company rose nearly 4% in Monday's morning trade.
The assets comprise the Banyan Tree Samui Hotel Project, Banyan Tree Krabi Resort Hotel Project, Meliá Koh Samui Hotel Project, Pattaya Marriott Hotel Project, and The Empire Project, it said.
