HL's Unit Wins KRW90 Billion Seongsu-dong Office Construction Contract

HL (KRX:060980) subsidiary, HL D&I Halla, has received a 90 billion won construction order for the Seongsu-dong 2-ga Office Development Project Phase 2 in Seoul.
The contract represents 5.16% of HL D&I Halla's consolidated sales for fiscal year 2025, according to a bourse filing on Monday.
The project covers a business facility with up to 14 above-ground floors, 6 basement floors and neighborhood living facilities, with a contract period of 35 months from the commencement date.
The contract amount and construction period remain subject to change depending on the construction contract conditions and project implementation process.
