China NT Pharma Group (HKG:1011) said its unit NT Pacific's application for compulsory enforcement relating to a lawsuit against Beijing Kangchen Biological Technology has been accepted by a Chongping court, according to a Friday bourse filing.
The company said the court will implement measures including imposing fines, detention, and pursuing criminal liabilities against Kangchen Biological.
Shares were last up 1% in Monday morning trading.
