B.Grimm Power's (SET:BGRIM) subsidiary, B.Grimm Power Future Solution, acquired a 75% stake in PV Unity Solar from PowerVault (Thailand) for 22.5 million baht, according to a Monday Thailand bourse filing.
The transaction will allow the unit to expand its investment in a solar power generation project.
