American Tungsten & Antimony (ASX:AT4) submitted a confidential draft form F-1 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed level II American depositary receipt (ADR) program and Nasdaq capital market listing, advancing its plans to broaden access to US investors and potentially enhance market visibility and liquidity, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said it will continue advancing its SEC, Nasdaq, and depositary requirements, with the form F-1 expected to be publicly filed later this year, subject to regulatory review.
Additionally, the company said it has mutually agreed with Nexus Metals to extend the end date for its acquisition of the Del Sol Antimony Refinery in Nevada by three weeks, allowing for an orderly transition of the US assets following strong shareholder support for the transaction.
The company's shares fell around 5% in recent Monday trade.
