IPark Hyundai Development Secures KRW570 Billion Construction Contract

IPark Hyundai Development (KRX:294870) secured a 570 billion won construction order from the Gwanyang-dong Hyundai Apartment District Reconstruction Project Association for the Gwanyang-dong Hyundai Apartment District Reconstruction Project, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The South Korea-based company said that the 42-month construction contract represents 13.7% of its 2025 sales, and the project covers construction of eight apartment buildings with four basement levels and 36 above-ground levels.
The order, effective Sept. 22, comprises 1,294 units, along with auxiliary and community facilities, with payments to be made from pre-sale proceeds.
