Clean & Science (KOSDAQ:045520) acquired 161,862 common shares for a total of 499.997 million won from Sept. 9 to Sept. 28, according to a Monday filing with the Korea bourse.
The shares were purchased via Samsung Securities (KRX:016360), with the average acquisition price at 3,089 won per share, the filing said.
