Boab Metals Signs Binding Mining Services Agreement for Western Australia Project

Boab Metals (ASX:BML) executed a binding heads of agreement for mining services with RE:GROUP Australia for its Sorby Hills silver-lead project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said key commercial and operational matters have been agreed and are binding, including scope of services, pricing, mine planning, production requirements and commencement dates, with site establishment works slated to begin on Jan. 15, 2027.
Mining services are scheduled to start on or before March 1, 2027, supporting the company's planned development schedule for Sorby Hills, the filing added.
Boab Metals shares fell 1% in recent Monday trade.
