SK Hynix's (SKHY) Solidigm is weighing an initial public offering as early as next year that could value the subsidiary at up to $150 billion, Reuters reported Friday, citing three people familiar with the matter.
The company could raise as much as $15 billion in the IPO, the sources told the media outlet. Talks on the deal size and timing remain at an early stage, which could change depending on market conditions, the report added.
Solidigm and SK Hynix did not immediately respond to requests for comment from MT Newswires.
