Pinnacle Investment Management Group Says Three Metrics Funds Enter Trading Halt; Shares Down 3%

Pinnacle Investment Management Group (ASX:PNI) said the Metrics Master Income Trust (ASX:MXT), Metrics Income Opportunities Trust (ASX:MOT), and Metrics Real Estate Multi-Strategy Fund (ASX:MRE) entered a temporary trading halt pending further disclosure, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The funds are managed by Metrics Credit Partners, an affiliate investment manager of the company, the filing said.
The company holds about a 35% equity interest in Metrics Credit, the holding company of Metrics Credit Partners, per the filing.
Pinnacle Investment Management Group shares fell 3% in morning trade Monday.
