Wus Printed Circuit (Kunshan) (SHE:002463) is expected to own 1.87% of Shanghai Lankun Microelectronics Technology, a semiconductor company, through a 20 million yuan investment in a partnership fund, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Monday.
The Chinese printed circuit board maker will own 27.7% of Longqiu Yongying Xingzhou (Suzhou) Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), which will have a total capital of 72.1 million yuan.
The seven-year fund will be dedicated to investing in Shanghai Lankun Microelectronics Technology, a semiconductor company.
Upon completion of the partnership fund's investment in Lankun Micro, the company will own part of its stake, while the fund is expected to hold 6.73% of Lankun.
The company's shares dropped 5% during the morning trade.
