King Wan Bags Contracts Worth Nearly SG$29 Million

King Wan (SGX:554) secured new mechanical and electrical contracts worth around SG$28.6 million between July and October, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The contracts cover plumbing, sanitary and gas works and air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation for a 533-unit residential development.
The contracts also include the design and build of air-conditioning, ventilation, engineered smoke control and building management systems, along with plumbing, sanitary and gas systems of a 543-unit residential development.
All projects are scheduled for completion between 2028 and 2030.
