ProsperCap Units Extends Senior, Mezzanine Facility Agreements

ProsperCap (SGX:PPC) units - ProsperCap Subholdco, and PPC Regional Hospitality Group - signed deals with their respective lenders to extend the expiry dates of their senior and mezzanine facility agreements by one day to Nov. 4.
The fifth extension will allow the borrowers to complete negotiations and documentation for additional time needed to meet capital expenditure milestone requirements under the facility agreements.
ProsperCap said negotiations had taken longer than expected due to the number of parties involved.
