OUE Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:TS0U) has completed the sale of Crowne Plaza Changi Airport to an OUE-Tokyo Century joint venture, according to a Friday filing to the Singapore bourse.
In June, OUE (SGX:LJ3) and Tokyo Century (TYO:8439) established a joint venture to acquire Crowne Plaza Changi Airport from OUE REIT (SGX:TS0U) for SG$500 million.
The asset is a 575-room hotel situated at Singapore Changi Airport's Terminal 3.
