ProsperCap Agrees Debt Paydown Plan, Extends Hotel Loans

MT Newswires11-05

ProsperCap (SGX:PPC) subsidiaries agreed with senior and mezzanine lenders to a revised capital expenditure plan and series of prepayments that extend the expiry of their facility agreements to Sept. 19, 2027, according to a Thursday Singapore Exchange filing.

The borrowers will make a voluntary payment of 10 million pounds on the senior loan, which will be funded by equity contributions or subordinated loans.

A further amount of 7 million pounds will go to the senior loan after the mezzanine lenders completed a transfer of rights and obligations, with another amount of 2 million pounds will reduce the senior loan-to-value ration by no more than 55%.

Another loan amount of 8 million pounds is due by April 30, 2027.

Additionally, borrowers can extend the maturity by one year, subject to conditions.
