Frasers Logistics Posts Flat Fiscal H2 DPU; Revenue Up

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) posted SG$0.0295 in distribution per unit for the fiscal second half, unchanged from a year ago.
Distributable income moved to SG$112.5 million from SG$111.7 million year over year, a Friday filing with the Singapore Stock Exchange showed.
Adjusted net property income stood at SG$180.6 million, compared with SG$164.9 million a year earlier.
For the six months ended Sept. 30, revenue was SG$255.2 million versus SG$239.2 million previously, the REIT said.
