$NIO Inc.(NIO)$ In its 2022 annual report (Form 20-F), NIO disclosed that after the Grizzly report, it formed an independent committee composed of independent directors, and hired outside forensic accounting experts (not its own auditor) to review the key allegations.  The independent committee later reported that the allegations were not substantiated. Funny how GIC is suing based on allegations that is already debunked and given that Nio is listed and subjected to annual audits and no audit reports have been qualified.
