Looking at the figure given. Many red flags. The figure look too big for the company. Even it is right. The amortisation & interest look extremely large. The tax percentage of 40% is too big. This company is doing something suspicious. Trade with extreme care. 

It is a very insignificant dollar value compare to the perceived values overall.  It is all psychological not realistically. Still have to look into the true value not perceived to be on safe side. 

It is a classic case of pumping up the price with good story, dining up with stock analyst, pumping up profit and loss with creative accounting and buying up and pushing up share price with minimum outlay. And wait for the herd instinct to kick in. Sucker will get suck in, and real smart one will take profit. This is the second major withdrawal from a major markets. First one is china. They cannot actually stand their ground when faced with a bit of competition. That already show how good a company they are. In the long run, their safe countries will be overrun by the winners in china and middle east. So i personally feel that at it is not a company for long term. Run and take profit while you can. India they will sooner face bureaucracy profit once there set up is big

$Food Empire(F03.SI)$ food empire cannot be value so high. This is all euphoria and good story and packaging from the management and together with the help of all those analyst. The largest shareholder trim their holding middle of this year and it is not even reported by any one. Looking at revenue and operating profit growth it is meagre gtowth compare to share price.!!!!!!. At this point i think it is dangerous. Noted also company itself also buying its own stock but profit negative. 

I believe all this analysts are all paid and courted to say all this. Talk is free and get paid for doing it. Please take it with a pinch of salt. Have you seen a 3 in 1 coffee company valued at billion dollar?. Also do you know how competitive among coffee companies, just go to ny supermarket and you can see how many brands. Food empires not even there. Food empires together with analyst tell a good story only. That is how stock market work.

It is obvious that the analysts was invited to the site and was presented with a good show.  I personally they are trying to boost their stock prices.  One aspect that i suspect is their super positive review by analyse  about their tie up with santan (air asia catering arm) do you know santan is only 11-50 man operation?. Even those tie up with SIA catering arm are not doing so well as what was the analyst mention about food empire. Do you remember a listed fruit company that was delisted that was supplying to SIA , & budget airline?. Obviously all analysts are bias. Most important air asia are not known to be a good payment master too. Those food empire investors must do your own due diligence. 

$SingPost(S08.SI)$ The  group CEO does not deserved to be running singpost and making so much. He should be demoted or sack. Together with all the board members.  Enclosed see their salary. Do you think they deserved that kind of high pay to commensurate their performance?

$SingPost(S08.SI)$ although it is asset positive company. ITs group CEO is already 2 yrs plus into the job but still clueless! Needed outside help & insight. Will anyone invest into this company?. Will there be a take over( friendly/ hostile)? If organic growth,with this CEO i think singpost will struggle unless economy improve( natural growth).  Hope i am wrong as i am a shareholder too. They should change the whole board members to really help the company.  

$Hosen(5EV.SI)$ This is not a active traded counter. Hosen is a profitable co. With famous brand.It is at a price & below fair mrk capitalisation. Easy target mrk speculation for controlling or deep pocket shareholders. Dividend coming in MAY 24. Yet price going down. So good chance speculators are pressing the price down to mop up shares at low. Then near or after dividend they will boost up price then sell. So far not much change hand yet. I am still waiting for volume to go up. Can monitor this stock. Do your own due diligent.
