Has anyone successfully exercised their Olam rights? I exercised my rights but it was subsequently "cancelled". Tiger is claiming that Olam withdrew the rights and hence the cancellation. Am I alone in facing this?

He can't say otherwise... if he does, he risks hitting the brakes on US markets, which equates to overall slower growth and a less "successful" presidency.
They could always stop releasing updates for the older hardware...? That would kill off the repair concerns too. Or... they could offer a trade-in for the old pair I.e. $20 off your new pair of airpods?
