$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ I lost about 1%. I have 80% of my funds in etfs (with the rest in about 20 stocks) and spread across styles and geographic locations - us large, us small cap value, 3 x us div growth funds, us short term cash etf, us cash flow etf, emerging nations, total world, and world ex us. I think my diversifcation helps with lower volatility while still doing ok long term on the return front. Hope everyone else's losses weren't too bad either.
4 of those 5 are significant. But Cathie woods changed the world? that's a laugh. she's just a fund manager who did well for a while during a bull market. there are hundreds of examples of women more important than Cathie woods.
I'd go back to 2010 when you could get bitcoin for a few cents each and get a few thousand, then sell them now. no stock market investment can beat that return!
$Walt Disney(DIS)$ Yes just went to Disneyland in Hong Kong. We really enjoyed it except for the expensive food. Been to Universal studios in LA years ago and it was ok.
I'm more bullish on Microsoft. Apple is a bit more overpriced than Microsoft. Microsoft has loads of opportunities for growth as it has its finger in so many Tech sub sectors.
Got to pick companies with a moat and long term growth. My 10 stocks are: Microsoft, Visa, United Healthcare, Automatic Data Processing, Salesforce, Vertex Pharma, Alphabet, Blackrock, Costco, S&P Global.
