$Intel(INTC)$ Will still be bearish until Intel can prove that it has substance and reinvent itself to have its USP. Otherwise with LBT leadership to rebuilding, it will take some years to do catch up with AMD and Nividia.
$Intel(INTC)$ Don't think it will be bullish yet until it can reinvent itself under the leadership of LBT. Probably another few years to catch up. By then trend changed, technology changed rapidly.
Intel CEO just shared that he is making plans to rebuilding Intel. It is sad to hear that such a big well-known organisation only just started thinking about rebuilding the company? It means all these years are wasted and "sleeping". AMD and Nividia has already reinvented themselves and their shares are rising steadily. Intel is like Kodak. While everyone is keeping trend to reinvent to the trends of the consumers, Kodak did nothing that led to the collapse of the well-known and well-loved brand. Similarly, we only want to buy Intel chips in laptops and computers. As AMD has advanced tremendously, consumers are opting for AMD. I will be queuing to sell ALL of my Intel shares. ESR REIT Buys Back Shares Worth SG$1.1 Million; Shares Up 5%
ESR REIT bought back and canceled 5 million shares in the open market on Tuesday for SG$1.1 million or SG$0.2099 apiece, a same-day filing with the Singapore bourse said.The company has been authorized to buy back around 767.3 million shares under its current mandate. To date, it has repurchased around 69.3 million shares.Shares of the REIT were up nearly 5% in recent trading.
ESR REIT - CHANGING ITS STRATEGY ESR REIT has just announced its move on proposed units consolidation. This is not favourable to all investors who had pumped in money in this stock. Not only has its management disappointed us and many of us has lost money due to the share price falling, we have yet to recoup our losses and this decision by the management did not consider the investors who pumped in money. Also announcement of 2 dividends payout, then a day later, announced for withdrawal of one dividend payout. This is not a good move of the management to do such things to us. Can anyone vote against this proposal for units consolidation of 10 units into 1? We are losing money enough already.
