I think it has to voice down to the type of stocks you are holding. If they have bottom and you are DCA to your stocks, then it is a good buy as when it bounces, you will be making a huge profit. For me, I will buy when I feel comfortable about the price - irrespective if it is downtrend or uptrend. You are your own boss and you are in control of your trading. As long as the overall portfolio is in green, I will be happy. Just like last Friday, I bought$UOB(U11.SI)$. To others, it might be overvalued. But for me, I m willing to pay for it as my average cost is still in green. 🍀🤑
I m bullish on $Keppel DC Reit(AJBU.SI)$ as I am holding xxxxx units. Incidently, I love Data Centres so much that I m also holding xxxxx units of $Mapletree Ind Tr(ME8U.SI)$. MIT units more than KDC. 🫣🤭🤫 Anyway, today my hand is very itchy that I bought $UOB(U11.SI)$. 🤭. I m still working towards my 2025 KPI - SG dividends $36K. Taking last year dividends payout as an estimation, I have achieved $36K if I will to combine dividends from stocks using SRS. If excludes SRS, I yet to achieve my KPI target. Anyway, I still have 8months to achieve it and the gap between $UOB(U11.SI)$ units vs <
🤦♀️🤭😱🙄😵💫😳😂 a simple statement of 3 days trip to a place where I can see flowers and mountain. The weather must not be too hot or too cold. 😱a lengthy reply. My “manifesto” for Labour Day. 🤣🤣 I bet nobody can beat the lengthy reply by Tiger AI. @MHh @Universe宇宙 @Wayneqq @melson @ELI_59 @HelenJanet @bernardtayet 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
A very good question! I m sitting on the fence as DT is going through andropause. His mood swing is worst than women’s menopause. If you are comfortable with the pricing, just go in and grab the stocks. Otherwise, question yourself if you are able to stomach further downfall. Hence when it comes to stocks, there are no right or wrong decision. Instead, it is buy, hold or sell.
I m 1st n 3rd type when it comes to stocks whereas 2nd type for UT. 🤭 I held my U.S. ESPP for more than 10 years. I sold some but forgotten to sell it ATH in 2021. My HNW friend reminded me but maybe that time I was trying to nurse back my health from adverse reactions of Pfizer jab that I overlooked it. Thereafter, I m trying to sell but my desired price didn’t strike. As long as I manage to sell them before I m too sick and bring down the total amount to be less than USD 60K, then I will be safe to avoid U.S. estate tax. Otherwise, my will administrator or executor will be in trouble. The lawyer fees will “eat” up my U.S. stocks.
Replying to @MHh:Same over here 🤝🤝//@MHh:I definitely prefer Keppel dc reit although it is more focused on data centres. In the longer term, I believe the need for data centres will grow with increased focus on data, AI and technology for all things. Yet, land is limited in Singapore and I don’t think we will see many more data centres being built. Limited supply with increased demand is good for Keppel DC. Till that day comes, I will be happy collecting dividends which beats any fixed deposit @Kaixiang @Fenger1188
If it is not due to my “hangover” from my endoscopy (which I m still suffering 😠😤😡🤬.. long GA.. coming to 2 weeks.), I would have taken the opportunity or seize the chance. Unfortunately, I m very hot tempered (gave my IT folks a good scolding when they tried to smoke me) or unstable at the moment. Hence, I will give the current opportunity a miss. Nursing back my health is my utmost priority now. Glad I have an understanding boss that I only started work at 10am this morning. I WFH. 😅🤭😂. @MHh @melson @HelenJanet @Wayneqq
I will be staying home and be a couched potato. Cracking my head on how to get ride of the unreasonable anaesthetic that is still in my body since last Thursday, 10April endoscopy. 😠😤😡🤬🤕😵💫😓. Anyway, my brain has not been functioning well since Monday. Any email I sent out, I will recall back after a few minutes and update with the latest or correct info. . I m glad I pre-warn my boss and the team. Hence, they need to forgive me for my wrongdoings or retarded replies.
