$Frasers Cpt Tr(J69U.SI)$ Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) posted a 0.5% increase in distribution per unit (DPU) for the first half ended Mar 31 to S$0.06054, from S$0.06022 in the same period a year before. The DPU for H1 2025 will be paid on May 30. Revenue for H1 was up 7.1 % at S$184.4 million from S$172.2 million. Net property income (NPI) rose 7.3% to S$133.7 million from S$124.6 million in the previous corresponding period.

Kennedy (JFK) International Airport, the first new cargo terminal in 30 years. This was due to higher rental income from existing properties and income contributions from the acquisitions it made in 2024, which includes aVance II in Pune and Building Q2 in Navi Mumbai, Portfolio occupancy stood at around 90%, while its weighted average lease expiry was 3.4 years as at Mar 31. Net gearing ratio stood at 39.7%
