I’m pretty sure the part that HE is going to have to help out with is going to be offset by some more “government infrastructure grants”. It’s all going to be a wash spread out over 4 years and Hawaiian Electric stock is going to be at all time highs with strong quarterly earnings. Definitely a strong buy 👍
