3的“准车主”在看到特斯拉刹车失灵案件后，选择继续观望一段时间，“而且国产电动汽车品牌也有不错的，可能会选择它们”。\n“所有的产品可能都会出现问题，有些我觉得大家能接受。”在董维看来，最让人接受不了的是出现问题时，就把锅甩到提出问题的人身上。此前他也曾遇到过刹车踩不动的情况，幸运的是距离前车较远，车速也不快，后来车辆逐渐停到路边后恢复了正常。\n\n“我不确定下一秒会不会给我带来什么意外，通过比较复杂路段时，就会把这速度降得特别慢。”现在董维的车尾两个车贴醒目地写着——刹车失灵，路人勿近；转向失控，旁人勿扰。\n2\n“刹车失灵”原因或无从解答\n面对舆论压力，自4月19日以来，特斯拉官方微博几乎每天都会更新“刹车失灵”事件的处理进展，对于广州增城和福建厦门发生的两起事故也分别发布声明。有网友吐槽，特斯拉应该成立一个专门的事故宣发小组，毕竟特斯拉的积极回应也没有浇灭维权者的质疑。\n4月22日，针对车展维权张女士车辆失控事故，特斯拉公布了事故发生前一分钟的数据，坚持否认“刹车失灵”。特斯拉认为，车辆以118.5km/h的较高速度行驶，驾驶员开始踩下制动踏板力度较轻，随着车主深踩刹车，自动刹车系统开启后，车速最终降至48.5km/h，随后撞车事故发生。\n该数据也让特斯拉越描越黑。工信部新能源与智能网联汽车产业专家智库成员张翔告诉未来汽车日报，目前特斯拉公布的数据缺少一些刹车传感器、制动踏板传感器等关键数据，“该数据并没有公信力，是在转移转移视线或者是拖延时间，并不能证明特斯拉自己的清白”。\n\n现身上海车展现场维权的西安车主事故现场\n和传统燃油车不同，特斯拉作为智能电动汽车，整个刹车制动过程既有软件决策参与，也包含人为因素。若要还原车主踩刹车的过程，包括电机、整车控制器、踏板深度传感器以及踏板开关等数据都需要放到一块分析，只有这样才能综合判断出到底是人为因素刹车力度不足，还是车辆刹车失灵。\n这也体现出行车数据的重要性。目前特斯拉车辆配备的EDR（Event
